We are having a ...................????????

Well today was the big day to find out what we were having. It was a little stressful making it to the Dr.'s appointment considering Jason was in the wrong waiting room at the hospital while my ultrasound was already underway. One might ask how that can happen, but the receptionist at the desk says it happens ALL the time. I was having a different ultrasound done, (3D) so it could identify whether or not the baby had any facial defects, rather than your standard ultrasound. The thing is these tests occur in 2 different offices, hence I am waiting in one room while Jason was in another. It was extra frustrating because I had no cell reception and I was trying to get a hold of Jason so he wouldn't miss the whole ultrasound. There was also the added stress of taking care of Tristen while the ultrasound started and the fact that she wanted to be held....hmmm, yes, that's not going to work now is it? But Jason finally made it to the right office and the stress and tension left immediately....thank goodness. We looked at the ultrasound and were told that everything looks good and normal. The tech that was doing the ultrasound asked us if we wanted to find out what we were having and we said YES...but less than a couple seconds later she didn't have to say anything else. YES we figured out very easily what we were having.....and just put it this way we didn't see it with Tristen's ultrasound. Yes, we are having a little BOY :) We are excited and mommy is proud that she is 2 for 2 in the guessing department. It will be a new experience with a boy, but we look forward to it. I guess it is nice having one of each, a boy and a girl. Well I am glad that the day is done and over with, exciting but a little stressful (hoping all is well with baby, and not to mention dad being lost in the hospital). I did have to laugh when we got home from our appointment and went to make the calls announcing what we were having, the phone line, Internet, and cable were DOWN!!!!!! What luck, eventually it came back on..... a few hours later, Ha Ha, I guess you just have to laugh :)
