A blog? What's that?? lol

So as you may have noticed I seem to have fallen off the blog planet how many months ago...hmm, I guess it's almost been a year, yikes!!! But I am thinking most people just assume that my writing hiatus is due to life being too busy or that I have just lost interest in updating my blog. To be honest, it has been a  been a little bit of both. I love having a blog, but I hate feeling like it is another thing on my ever growing TO DO list. So here is an update on  what our family has been up to over the past several months (while I have a little time and motivation to write :).

LANDSCAPING...yes, Jason and I did this ourselves. We had no landscaping
before and decided if and when we do decide to sell our house it needs to be done.
So glad that it was another thing to cross off our TO DO LIST!

BUILDING A DECK, yes this is the before picture of the deck

This is the AFTER picture, we still need stain it and close off the bottom, but Jason didn't
start building it until the end of August through to September.(next summer project)
Yes, my hubby is not a handy man, but it is amazing how much he has learned
over the past couple of years!!!

Speaking of September, Tristen started full day kindergarten this past year 2011.
She made the registration deadline by a couple of weeks (5yrs old) and I was hesitant
at starting her , but she loves is and is doing great. She is growing up so quick
and she is a riot!! I love having her around to do girl things with :)

Blake (3) and Tristen chilling after church

As for Blake, he is doing well, I didn't put him in preschool this year, but hopefully
in the fall he will start. I figured he didn't want to go school yet, he is doing
with his academics at home, and why make my life busier than it needs to be... :) He is my Thomas
the train obsessed boy!!!

And then there's Beckham, AKA The climber, destroyer, all boy, but so dang
cute and funny little boy. He is 21 months now and
the terrible 2's have already started. He is not a big talker, but he can grunt and
yell/whine to get what he wants. But as I mention he is a hoot and a little ham, plus he
has some pretty funny dance moves

Halloween 2011, poor Blake woke up with swollen eyes that morning and I
am shocked he even wore a costume (only after a lot of bribing)

As for Jason, he is currently finishing off his last 2 MBA classes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy for him to be done, these last 2 classes have been a lot of work thus far and requires a lot of time.  But I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Jason would have been done school over a year ago, but due to cut backs at work, his employment put caps on how much they would pay for his school per/year. So we decided to take the slower route so it was less money out of pocket for us. So Jason is busy but doing well otherwise.
As for me, I am good, busy but good. I got called to be an online seminary teacher for our Stake. Yes, most people ask me what it entails b/c they have never heard of  this calling. It basically is a online site for students who are unable to attend early morning seminary. The student's log on everyday and complete the required assignments and we have a live session via a conference meeting site every Thursday. So I am very busy marking assignments,  updating our site, and planning live sessions for that. It is pretty cool and is still  in its pilot program phase, but as of 2013 it should be offered to all LDS stakes. I have also been busy being ................yes, you guessed it, Prego. I am due with baby June 16, 2012.  We actually found out on Friday what we are having, another baby..............................girl!!!!!!! We are beyond excited!!! I miss having a little baby girl around the house, not to mention have 2 boys and 2 girls is PERFECT!!! It has made the pregnancy worth every month/week of  not feeling so good worth it. I guess I have tendency to be way more sick with girls than I do with boys. So I am 4 for 4 in guessing what the gender of the baby is. Any ways, life is busy, but I have heard this is how "the program" goes from here on out with 4 kids. But I can't complain, we have been very blessed and we are happy and healthy, what more can we ask for!!! (DISCLAIMER: 3 kids running around = a million interruptions and not a lot of time, and poor grammar/sentence stucture, oh well right? )
